Description
Discourses (Sutta) from the Pali Canon are discussed in the course.
Basic introduction to the Sutta, Background and the essential teachings (Dhamma) there in are explained.
The participant will get familiarised with the essential teachings and the fundamental concepts introduced by the Buddha.

Description
Introduction to the Dhammapada with 25 essential stanzas to give students insight into practical application.
Background stories and their application into daily life will be discussed.
Basics for understanding from Pali will be taught along with enunciation and interpretation and techniques for memorisings the stanzas.
