Learn how you can give back and support this program.

In a learning environment, the indispensable factors of clarity, focus and memory, are brought about with the presence of self-confidence and joy that "giving back" brings you.

Giving back" is a beneficial factor for one's mental health. When a class has been conducted as an act of generosity of another, one may feel obliged or feel indebted. These feelings often bring about a negative mentality among participants unless they find a way to give back, even a little.

In Asian cultures, such symbiotic relationships serve as the crux of preservation of their civilisations. The crude opposite to this is: " how much?" and "let me pay for that". Here it's purer than buying and selling: it is respecting by the participation of contribution. When a man enters a thick jungle in Asia, there is a practice of offering a leaf or flower to the jungle before entering it, when one enters a temple to hear the Dhamma talk the participants clean the temple grounds, help in cooking etc.

In the online teachings of NRW, which is offered to you free of any charge, we take the initiative to keep this indispensable aspect of the holy life alive by helping you find ways to give back, hence this attempt. Hope this helps!
