The psychology of young people growing up in modern society faced with the cultural diversities of the western world.

A range of key issues faced by adolescents, including social media addiction, exposure to drugs and alcohol, depression, anxiety and stress, among others.

The psychological perspective on mindfulness as a technique that can help heal the psyche of an adolescent or young adult.

Rose is a member of British Psychological Society and completed a BSc in Psychology from the University of Derby in the United Kingdom with first class honours. She is currently pursuing further education with the aim of completing a Ph.D. and is lecturing undergraduates studying psychology. Rose began her meditation practice at the young age of 5 and was trained by Bhante Samadhikusalo as a meditation teacher trainee for a number of years.
