Suttas are discourses by the Buddha   (563 BC - 483 BC) where all current teachers and traditions harnessed their teaching material.  Suttas therefore can be considered as going to the source of the teachings.

  2. Make notes of points that you see as important such as main topics or details of the sutta

  3. Frame questions related to the sutta 

  4. Send your notes and questions to Bhante by completing the form

  5. An optional step is for you to contact and discuss with Bhanté any particulars from the sutta.
