Dharma Protects the Follower
In the dispensation of the Buddha, the Dharma (Dhamma -Pāli) has a unique meaning than other Eastern religions.
For the goal of ultimate cessation of suffering, Dharma becomes one of the three supreme essentials (Gems meaning highest or purest)
First step : Dharma needs to be understood by coming into contact with it (hearing)
Second step : is to actively practice the wholesomeness application of the Dharma.
Third step : leading a life of Dharma by preventing evil conduct and behaviour.
