Day-longs
1. Day long Observance day retreat
( on Full moon day of each month)
This is a non-residential day retreat, held at the Nirodha City Centre, on the full moon poya day of every month.
The programme starts at 5.00 am and will comprise 4 - 5 meditation sits as well as walking meditation, Dhamma talk and observances.
It is a silent retreat focused towards the deepening of the practice.
2. Half day retreat
Schedule of these retreats will be notified and would typically be from 5.00 am to 12 noon, with the session ending with the offering of midday meal dana to the Bhikkhu Sangha.
3. Sessions of the daily schedule
The Nirodha Meditation - City centre will have a daily schedule and the practitioners can attend these sessions with prior notification.
