Restarting the Right From the Start Course

Giving emphasis to young adults the Right From the Start Course has been taught since 2010 around the world. This five-session course taught by Bhanté Samādhikusalà gives an introduction to meditation right from the start. In Colombo, due to the teaching style, in-person classes had been put on hold since 2021. The courses were resumed in July 2023 and invite participants between the ages of 28-49 years. At the end of 2023, the ongoing RFS classes will take a hiatus for the Thailand three week retreat and will resume again starting in February 2024.
