Beginner Class

Right from the Start — Since 2010

Right from the Start is an ongoing beginner class that teaches the fundamentals of meditation practice from the very beginning.

The practice develops at a gradual and steady pace, without unnecessary complexity or fuss. It is particularly suitable for those who are new to meditation or beginning a more serious spiritual practice.

The teaching is practice-based and grounded in the Dhamma. Rather than beginning with theory and then attempting to put that theory into practice, the approach begins with practice itself. Through direct experience, the practitioner gradually comes to understand the principles of the Dhamma that underpin what they are practising.

The emphasis is on starting correctly, establishing a sound foundation, and allowing the practice to develop naturally from there.
