Meditation Training
Trained under the late Anagārika Munindra of India from 1978 and the late Sayadaw U Pandita from 1980.

Professional Teacher Training
Graduate of the five-year Professional Teacher Training Programme at the Insight Meditation Society (IMS), Massachusetts, USA.
Ordination
Ordained by Bhante Henepola Gunaratana Mahā Thera.
Upasampadā
Received higher ordination in 2016 through the Kotte Kalyani Sri Samagri Dharma Mahā Sangha Sabha.

Vihāradhipathi of Samadhikusala Buddhist Centre.
Practice & Teaching Experience
Approximately 48 years of practice experience and 38 years of teaching experience.
Before ordination, taught as a lay teacher for many years internationally, including in the United Kingdom, Spain, Germany, India, Thailand, Australia, Hawaii, California, the East Coast of the United States, and Sri Lanka.
